Minors: 18 years of age and under must be accompanied during their treatment session, by a parent or legal guardian. A signature of authorization for treatment will also be obtained.
Cancellation Policy
Unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is appreciated when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, for whatever reason, will be considered a “no-show." The first "no show" will be excused. The second will be treated as a "missed" appointment and charged half the cost of the session scheduled. The third will also be treated as a "missed appointment, but charged the full amount of the session scheduled. Future services will be denied until any outstanding balance is paid in full.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
